  • Brian Bourgeois, Al’s son, joined the business in 1976 and led the company until his death in 2002.
  • Carl Bourgeois, who began working with Al in 1977, returned to the company in 2002 after running his own construction firm in Baton Rouge. He now oversees daily operations.
  • Pat Trosclair (née Bourgeois), Al’s daughter, helped launch the company and continues to manage the bookkeeping and office administration—over 15 years and counting.
